WealthWhisper is an AI-powered financial advisor and co-pilot for Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) investors in Sri Lanka. Our platform provides:

• Real-time CSE market data and stock prices
• AI-generated investment recommendations
• Portfolio tracking and management tools
• Watchlist functionality
• Smart price alerts
• Market analysis and research tools

3. No Financial Advice - Important Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Any AI-generated recommendations are NOT personalized investment advice
• You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Stock market investments carry risk, including potential loss of principal
• WealthWhisper does not guarantee any specific investment outcomes

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not rely solely on AI recommendations for investment decisions

5. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use WealthWhisper. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WealthWhisper are owned by us and are protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WealthWhisper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any market data
• We shall not be liable for any investment losses resulting from use of our platform
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our AI recommendations

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 (PDPA).

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
